Who receives rewards?
Every clinician who finishes at least one contract receives a quarterly perk. Twice a year we run larger giveaways—think iPads, designer bags, cruises, even dream vacations—with the goal of recognizing 30–40% of eligible workers.
Is this only for nurses?
