Do I need multiple profiles for different hospitals?: No! With Connect Internal, you only need one profile that can be used to apply for every position on the platform. No more building new profiles or uploading the same documents for every agency or hospital — one simple profile connects you to all opportunities available.
How are contracts handled?: All contracts are handled directly between healthcare professionals and hospitals. Connect Internal simply provides the secure, user-friendly platform to connect both sides and make the process smoother and more efficient.
Does it cost anything to use the platform?: No. It's completely free for healthcare professionals to use the platform and apply for internal contracts.
How does the rewards program work?: No special steps are required, simply completing contracts through Connect Internal automatically makes you eligible for rewards.
Who receives rewards?: Healthcare professionals become eligible for rewards by completing a contract during the applicable giveaway period. For quarterly rewards, anyone who finishes at least one contract within that three-month window automatically receives a reward. For the semi-annual giveaway, high-value prizes are awarded twice a year, and anyone who completes a contract within that six-month period is entered to win these rewards. Our goal is for 30–40% of eligible participants to receive one of the major prizes.
Is this only for nurses?: Right now, we're starting with travel nurses, but we plan to expand into other healthcare fields soon. Signing up now not only ensures you'll be notified when we launch — it also helps us show hospitals that healthcare professionals beyond nursing are ready and willing to use this platform. The more sign-ups we receive across different specialties, the faster we can expand into those areas.
